Terms of Service

sitesbyfilip designs, builds, and launches websites for clients under fixed-price packages (Launch Page, Business Site, Growth System) and custom quotes. The scope of each package is described on the pricing page and confirmed before work begins.

Every project follows the same flow: you send content, I build the site on a private staging URL, you request revisions until you approve, then you pay and the site goes live with a full handover pack.

You get 3 rounds of revisions during the build, then 14 days of minor edits after launch, within the agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the agreed scope (extra pages, new features) are quoted separately as add-ons before any additional work starts.

Payment is due only after you approve the preview. You receive a secure card payment link through Ziina, which accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported. Payment is due within 7 days. The site goes live on your domain once payment is received.

On completion you own the domain, code, design, content, and all data. You receive full credentials and may move to any provider at any time with no exit fees.

Every package includes a .com domain and hosting for 12 months. After that, renewal is at cost, or you can transfer hosting and domain to your own provider.

Each package includes a post-launch edit period (14 to 30 days depending on the package) for minor changes. Later changes are available per task or through the monthly care plan.

Liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount paid for that project. sitesbyfilip is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or third-party services (hosting outages, payment processors, integrations).
