Preview-before-payment model
Our process is designed to eliminate risk. You see and approve a complete preview of your website before any payment is requested. This means you never pay for something you haven't seen and approved.
Before payment
If you're not happy with the preview after we've worked through revisions within the agreed scope, you can walk away. No payment, no obligation, no hard feelings. The preview site is removed and no charges apply.
After payment
Since you approve the site before paying, refunds after payment are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there is a genuine issue with the delivered work that differs from the approved preview, I will fix it at no extra cost or offer a partial refund.
Hosting and domain renewals
Annual hosting renewals are non-refundable once the renewal period has started. Domain registrations are non-refundable as they are processed through third-party registrars.
Monthly care plan
The monthly care plan can be cancelled at any time. No refunds for the current billing period, but no future charges will apply after cancellation.
How to request a refund
Contact contact@sitesbyfilip.com with your project reference number and a description of the issue. I will respond within 48 hours with a resolution.
