Terms of Service

1. Services

SitesByFilip ("we", "I") provides web design and development services to small businesses worldwide. Services are delivered remotely on a project basis with fixed pricing as described on the Pricing page.

2. Project process

Each project follows the Build → Preview → Pay → Launch workflow. You submit an intake form, I build your site on a staging URL, you review and request changes within the agreed scope, and you pay only after approving the final result.

3. Scope and revisions

Unlimited revisions are included within the agreed scope (layout changes, text edits, section adjustments, styling). Major scope changes such as new pages, features, or functionality beyond the original agreement are quoted separately.

4. Payment

No payment is required upfront. After you approve the preview, an invoice is sent via Payoneer, Stripe, or PayPal. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt. The site goes live on your domain after payment is confirmed.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, you receive complete ownership of the website, including all source code, design files, domain registration, hosting credentials, and analytics access. You may switch providers at any time with no exit fees.

6. Hosting and domain

Packages include domain registration and hosting for 12 months (optional — you may use your own). Hosting renewal after the first year is available at the rate listed on the Pricing page. You are free to migrate hosting at any time.

7. Post-launch edits

Each package includes a post-launch edit period (14-30 days depending on package). Minor text and image edits are included. After the edit period, changes can be made through the Monthly Care Plan add-on or on a per-request basis.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the project. We are not responsible for business outcomes, third-party service outages, or content accuracy (as content is provided by the client).
