You don't pay anything upfront. I build your website on a staging URL first. You review it, request adjustments, and only after you approve the final result do I send a Payoneer invoice. Your site goes live after payment is received.
Yes, 100%. You own the domain, the code, and all content. After payment, I transfer full access to you. If you ever want to move to a different host or developer, you're completely free to do so.
